HOSTING A MINI EXHIBITION AT YOUR WORKPLACE

We believe the powerful stories generously shared with us by migrant women about their experiences of pregnancy, birth, and the transition to parenthood can ignite positive change. We can work with you to curate a mini exhibition of the photo narratives displayed here for your workplace. We can develop mini exhibitions based on the following themes:

  • Respectful women-centred maternity care

  • Cultural safety and appropriateness in maternal health

  • Migrant women accessing and navigating the Australian health system

  • Motherhood in a new country

  • Social support and migrant mothers

We can curate the collection as a temporary exhibit or permanent installation. Photos are available in sizes ranging from A4 to A2 depending on image quality, with photo descriptions approximately A5.

If you work in the migrant or maternity health care sector and would like to display photographs from the Giving Migrant Mums a Fair Go project, please contact A/Prof Meghan Bohren (meghan.bohren@unimelb.edu.au) or by clicking button below.
